2025年雲林縣咖啡烘豆交流賽結果

這次螢之光咖啡很榮幸與雲林縣政府&古坑鄉農會(古坑咖啡集團產區 CPAG) &劍湖山世界一同參與這個交流賽事。

「雲林的咖啡,從山間到世界、從豆香到驕傲,再ㄧ次驚豔飄香!」

2025年雲林縣咖啡烘豆交流賽於6月7日在劍湖山盛大舉行頒獎典禮,為在地咖啡寫下重要里程碑——從山間到世界,從豆香到驕傲!
本次賽事由雲林縣政府主辦、古坑鄉農會承辦,全數比賽用豆來自【古坑在地】,搭配焙特科技、圓展科技等企業協力,完美體現「從產地到杯子」的完整產業鏈,讓世界看見雲林的咖啡實力💪
🔥50位全台頂尖選手齊聚,評審陣容星光熠熠,由WCRC世界烘焙冠軍 #賴昱權 帶領專業團隊組成重量級評審團,經歷0.5分差距的激戰後,脫穎而出的前五強為:

🥈亞軍|#賴昱同(斗六 #同咖啡

🥉季軍|#李泓錡(草嶺 #元富咖啡

🏅第四名|#蔡瑝育

🎖第五名|#陳貫臺

則也分別獲得第六名和第七名,雲林咖啡職人有四位選手進入前十,展現堅強烘豆實力!
更令人振奮的是,雲林咖啡再度獲得國際權威《Coffee Review》高度肯定,全數被評為「Outstanding 出色」等級,創下地方咖啡豆國際評比新高!
🌍由 簡高振 烘豆師操刀的「雲林藝伎豆」榮獲台灣歷來最高分96分,連兩年蟬聯全台之冠!

Yunlin Gukeng Coffee Beans Impress Again!
The 2025 Yunlin County Coffee Roasting Exchange Competition, organized by the Yunlin County Government and hosted by the Gukeng Farmers’ Association, highlighted beans exclusively sourced from Gukeng. This event perfectly illustrated the complete “farm to cup” supply chain, allowing the world to witness Gukeng’s coffee expertise.
This year’s competition attracted 50 of Taiwan’s top contestants, with a judging panel led by WCRC World Roasting Champion Lai Yu-Chuan. After intense competition, the top five contestants were:
1. Champion: Weng Wei-Lung
2. Runner-up: Lai Yu-Tung (Douliou Tong Coffee)
3. Third Place: Li Hong-Chi (Caoling Yuanfu Coffee)
4. Fourth Place: Tsai Yao-Yu
5. Fifth Place: Chen Kuan-Tai
Additionally, Guo Liang-Zhi from Shibi Songyue Coffee and Lai Da-Cheng from Gukeng Guifei Farm secured sixth and seventh places, respectively, highlighting the strong capabilities of Gukeng’s coffee artisans.
Even more exciting, Yunlin coffee was once again highly rated by the international authority, Coffee Review, with all products receiving the “Outstanding” grade, setting a new benchmark.
The “Yunlin Geisha Beans,” crafted by roaster Jian Gao-Zhen, achieved a remarkable score of 96, maintaining the championship for two consecutive years. This achievement reflects the commitment to quality from estates like Yong-Shun, Dong-Hong, and Gu-Feng:
– Yong-Shun Estate SL34: 93 points, stable flavor
– Dong-Hong Estate Geisha (sun-dried): 94 points, vibrant and bold
– Gu-Feng Estate Tiepika: 93 points, delicate and smooth
This event was not just a competition but a leap for the industry, highlighting innovation and dedication from cultivation to roasting.
